Salt Lake Symphonic Winds invite at least two middle or high school bands to perform alongside the ensemble. Pieces are selected and practiced individually by each band. During dress rehearsal, the two bands combine to perform the piece together.

Combined concerts are a wonderful way to show students that it is possible to be a life-long musician upon graduation while pursuing career opportunities away from music.
